Pazham pori/Banana fritters

In a bowl take 250 gm besan, pinch salt, pinch soda, 1tb sugar, Mix well, Add water slowly to get a thick paste.
Take good ripe banana slit in the centre and cut into 3 or 2 as desired, each long slit of banana
Dip in besan batter and deep fry.
