Ulli vada/Onion vada

Clean and slice 500 gm onion, add salt, chilly, besan 250gm and mix well. Add water little by little and stir well and make vada batter, add pinch of soda and mix well. Deep fry onion vadas, drop by fork or spoon.

Soda make the batter little spongy
