Ice cream


Take 4 tb corn flour, mix in little milk  and make a paste. Boil the remaining, 1 litre milk. Add 250 gm sugar, pinch salt, corn flour mix , stir well and cook. Take little warm water add 1t gelatine and dissolve, add this to milk mix and stir well. Cool well in room temp and then put in fridge. Take Amul fresh cream add sugar powder and beat well till whip, not make butter, cool in fridge. After freezing the milk mix, blend in mixer add whipped cream to this and mix with spoon, stir well. And freeze in fridge, At this time can pour this mix to kulfi molds,(or ice cream cups) and freeze, if half set, put sticks in kulfi molds and freeze till set.
