1/2 cup urad dal, 1t methi/uluva, 1cup rice, 1/2c chana dal,2 cup rice flour
Soak rice, urad, chana and methi and grind well. Mix rice flour with this. Add salt and mix .
Ferment for 8 hours or overnight, stir and make dosa in dosa pan.These dosas are very crispy and tasty. Serve this with potato masala in the centre of dosa and turn the sides up from 2 ends of dosa
or serve with chutney and sambar
For filling Dosa
Potato masala
Heat oil in a pan add jeera , mustard, then onion ginger garlic saute add chilly, turmeric, salt tomato and cooked and mashed potato mix well. Add little water and cook well , and dry the masala .
Use more onions for more taste.
Masala dosas serve with coconut chutney and sambar
