Urad dal vada




Soak 2 cup urad dal 1/2 hour to 6 hour, grind to paste with little water, grind green chilly with urad, add salt, onion chops and mix well.
Soak hand in water in a big bowl take some dough/batter and make a hole in the centre, with your thumb and carefully drop this to steaming oil/very hot oil, make more vadas and deep fry. After making all vadas , do a 2nd fry for the vadas, so it will be cooked inside well. Serve with coconut chutney
