Take little cold milk and mix 3 tb corn flour
Boil 1 litre full cream milk, add corn flour mix to this and stir well , add sugar 6 tb or more for taste add a pinch of salt, and cook it little creamy texture, add 2 drop yellow color, 1 tb nut slices of cashew, pista, badam and cook well. Cool and keep in fridge and drop into kulfi moulds and keep in freezer till set, if half set put kulfi stick and freeze well. And serve as necessary.
Variations
I litre milk, 2 tb cornflour white, 2 tb cornflour yellow roasted, 1tb a mix of cashew, pista, badam crushed or thinly sliced, elaichi 4 crushed, Sugar 250gm to 300gm or 11/2 cup
Boil milk, add paste of flour and nuts, elaichi in little water or cold milk, add sugar, pinch salt, cook little thick, cool and pour to kufi molds and freeze. After 30 minutes or after half freeze insert kulfi sticks and freeze well.
