Moru curry



Chop cucumber 1 cm cubes . Add turmeric, salt, little water and cook covered.  Grind 1/4 of coconut, green chilly, pearl onion, little methi, garlic, little jeerakam.  Add this paste to cooked veg and boil. Add beaten curd for little sour taste as necessary. Add salt. Temper with mustard, methi, dry chilly, curry leaf, pearl onion, chilly powder if need more chilly taste for family members.
