Clean vendaka/ladies finger la500gm cut each into 3 pieces.
Roast pearl onion 3, garlic 3, green chilly 4, jeera 1/4 t, methi 1/4 t, coconut grate 1/2 of 1, switch off flame and add 3t chilly powder, 3t coriander powder, 1/4 t turmeric and stir well till roasted. Cool and grind add little water to make a paste.
Heat 3 tb oil add mustard, methi, add vendaka and stir fry, add water and ground paste and cook covered. Add tamarind juice of 1/2 lemon size pulp and cook well.
