Tasty and crispy instant dosa

Wheat flour 4 cup, rice flour 1 cup, besan 1 cup, buttermilk or curd 1 cup, salt 1t. Stir well. add water for dosa constitency, and make dosas in dosa pan.

For making dosa heat dosa pan, add 1 big laddle of batter and flat the batter from centre to side in round motion, cook in high heat till cooked all part slow the flame and cook for 3seconds again and turn and cook the other side for 10 second. Remove it to a  plate and repeat making dosa, No need of sprinkle water, or brushing oil on dosa pan.  If the pan is old and dosa is sticking, brushing oil and sprinkling water is necessary.


Variations

Wheat flour 3 cup, riceflour 2 cup, besan 1 cup, Juice of 1 lemon, Salt 1 t, Mix all , add water mix slowly. wait for 15- 30 minutes, Add water as necessary, Make dosas
