kuzhiyappam

1 cup rice flour, 1/4 cup wheat flour,1/4 cup rava mix well
grind 2 ripe bananas and add to this
make a liquid of jaggery with water by heating and cool it.
Add 4 t of sugar to this, add 2 crushed elaichi, 1/4 t jeera crushed, 1/4 t dry ginger powder to this.
Mix all these well add water as necessary. add 2 pinch of salt, 1 t ghee
cut some coconut slices, and cut into thin slices , and saute brown in 1t ghee. add this to the batter and mix, the batter should be like idli batter.
Make kuzhiyappam in its special pot
