Padavalanga curry

Cut 1/4 kg padavalanga in small pieces. Add little turmeric, 1t chilly powder, 1/4 t garam masala,3/4 t coriander powder and boil it with water
chop 1 tomato,1cm ginger, 2 green chilly, 2 small onion, 2 garlic, 1/2 c coconut all cook covered in a small pan or in microwave for 2 minutes. Cooked coconut is easy to grind (tip).
grind all these and add to padavalanga boil and cook till chilly is cooked
Temper it with mustard, jeera, curry leaf and little chilly powder for getting beautiful red colour to the curry.
The curry is tasty and little different
