Tasty Thattukada dosa

5kg rice 750 gm urad100 gm methi

for small amounts 500 rice, 75 gram urad, 10 gm methi, that is for 21/2 cup rice, below 1/2 cup urad, 2t methi soak and grind and ferment till rise. about 8 hours, add salt and stir and make thick dosas
