Soft idli, Thick soft dosa

2 cups of raw rice, 1cup poha, 1cup aval/poha, 2 tb methi soak 5- 6 hours, grind with the same soaked water and salt and mix well , ferment overnight make idlis in morning


Thick soft Dosa
1 cup/100 gm urad, 5 cup raw rice 500gm 3teaspoon methi, soak and grind in that water, add salt and ferment make dosa in morning.
