coconut water fermentation for vattayappam/appam

 1 cup coconut water/250 gm or 1 tender coconut water , 2 tb sugar 1 pinch yeast, all keep in mankalam or glass jar cover with cloth, keep for 3 days/48 hours and use for vattayppam , appam
use within 3 days/48 hours.

another method

1kg coconut water packet, 6 tb sugar, 1tsp yeast cover and  tie with cotton cloth in a glass jar or matka or manpathram keep for 24 hours or 2 days keep in warm place or oven in winter days after that use
