1cup =1 tea cup
1cup urad, 1cup aval, 3 cup raw rice soak all , for 6 hours, grind in two sections, grind with soaked water, pour water to the wet grinder same as to the rice level and grind, smooth, there will be particles of rice will be there., rice will not grind smooth, but can give a good try to grind well. some the ungrinded rice particles are good , it give idli the good texture.
keep for fermentation
after rising add salt as necessary, after stirring the rised batter will not go down, if we use methi in fermentation it will happen, now the batter is very good. after rising again, keep it in fridge and use as necessary,
