2 cup raw rice soak and grind with 1/2 coconut, add coconut water fermented(keep coconut water -1tea cupwith 1 pinch yeast and 2 tsp sugar keep it for 3 days, I kept for 1 week) and 2 pinch yeast ,2 garlic and grind well, mix some raw rice flour to get smooth texture , can add 1 cup or more ,mix well , ferment when rise properly make vellayappam add sugar , salt as necessary
I made palappam and made very tasty and soft, and no gas problem because of garlic.
can also use any fermented water, like moru, pineapple skin fermented,rice water fermented
can serve this with ishtu, meat , chicken recipes
