Green moong/ gram curry

green mung 250 gm
soak and cook in pressure cooker
or soak in hot water for 15 -30 minutes and cook in pressure cooker for 10 minutes after coming first whistle,
Temper with jeera, 1/2 tsp, 1 onion, 4-5 garlic, 1.5 tsp chilly flakes, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1tsp salt.
add this to cooked mung and boil once again add necessary water.
