qualiflower gravy

Qualiflower Gravy
cut florets into small flowers
wash add little water and little salt , haldi and steam and cook flower 3/4 th
At that time heat a wok add oil, add 1 onion slices saute, add 1tsp ginger garlic green chilly paste, saute add 1tsp chilly flakes or chilly powder, saute add 3 -4 medium tomatoes chopped and saute add salt, vinegar 1 tsp, pinch sugar , 1 tsp cornflour add 1/2 cup to 1 cup water, boil add cooked flower and again cook till all masalas get mixed properly. Garnish with spring onion greens or coriander leaves or curry leaf
The flower gravy is very tasty, made in chinese style.
