chocolate cake


Electric tandoori thin cake
1 cup maida
2 tsp cocoa
Electric tandoori thick cake
1.5 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sugar powder, if doing frosting with whip cream, if not add 3/4 to 1 cup sugar as
1 pinch salt
mix all well
add 3/4 cup water, mix well add 1/4 cup oil mix again well, wait for some bubbles appear on surface.
pour to greased tray with parchment/trace paper,  spread to corners, tap and flat shake for proper action
preheat tandoor both heaters, after 5 minutes of heating place the cake tray into electric tandoor and bake the cake with both heaters on, after 5 minutes my cake is ready, Switch off the heater
I allowed it to cook there in the remaining heat

note- can add milk, buttermilk, eggs in place of water. I simply add water for experiment in my electric tandoor cake.
The cake will be very tasty with only eggs than adding water or milk.
Electric tandoor absorb alot of heat, so after switching off also it will be hot for about 20 minutes, my thick cake will not cooked inside when I am switched off, at that time it started little burning on top side. But it will be well cooked properly after 20 minutes
