Electric chicken tandoori

wash 500 gm chicken apply 1 tsp chilly powder, salt 1tsp, lemon juice of 1 lemon/vinegar 1 tsp mix well
after 10 minutes,
2nd marination
1tb ginger garlic green chilly paste, 1 tsp lemon juice/vinegar, 1 tsp chilly powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp corn flour, 1tsp oil and mix well. do the 2nd marination for chicken and keep in fridge overnight
When ready to cook tandoori, preheat tandoori for 3 minutes and put an aluminium foil sheet in tandoori tray, and apply some oil on it, place chicken pieces on it, and cook with both heaters, check after each 2 minutes, if it is cooked on top side, flip it and cook again, if 3/4 th cooked switch off the heaters, it will cook in the remaining heat for 15 minutes.
This tandoori recipe is very tasty as in restaurant
can also prepare in our pans with oil, also very tasty.
Note-
people make this recipe in curd in place of lemon, but chicken and curd is a opposite food combination so I avoid it, lemon or vinegar give sourness to the recipe
Here I am avoided turmeric, to get the red color of chilly for tandoori.
