brinjal curry with spring onion

Today I made this, Because I have no time to do elaborate cooking for morning, my son is get ready to college, within half an hour.
brinjal 250/ 1 big
spring onion 4 stems
tomato 1medium
onion 1
gchop brinjal, tomato, spring
pressure cook all chopped veg with 1/4 tea cup water,  till first whistle, then slow the flame for 5 minutes  or till next whistle and switch off flame.
To save  time,  heat oil in a wok, add onion and saute , add 1tb urad dal, 1.5 tsp chilly powder /flakes, 1tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp turmeric and saute add little water for not burning and boil , after cooking brinjal add this to cooker and boil once. so the flavors mix well.
The dish is very tasty.
