Tandoor cake

1 cup wheat flour
1  cup egg
1 cup oil,
3/4 cup sugar powder
1 tsp baking powder
pinch salt,
2 tsp cocoa
grind sugar, add eggs and blend add oil blend
salt cocoa, baking powder atta all mix well and sieve
 mix dry and wet mix well pour to prepared cake tin
preheat electric tandoor both heaters for 3 minutes till the top heater had gone red, after that switch off  and put cake tin inside tandoor and switch on lower heater for 7 minutes after that top heater for 2 -3minutes. switch off the tandoor,( more heating on top burn the cake on topside and give black colour) I checked my cake with pointed knife, but it is not cooked inside, but after 5-10 minutes by the heat of the tandoor it is well cooked inside.
no need of sand or foil paper on top, as in vedeo, when cake rise touch the foil and lose its shape
