1 cup milk add 3 cup water for fat milk,2 cup water for toned milk, 1 cup water for very toned milk
steam the milk water mix , not boil, cool the milk to room temperature, that is hot for holding 10 minutes, add yakult 1 bottle for 4 cups of milk mix, 3/4 bottle for 3 cup mix, 1/2 cup for 2 cup mix, keep in a bottle and cover with wool cloth or in warm temp or in flask for 12 hours, after that keep in fridge, repeat the process with new milk, keep some starter/50 gm from first batch of yakult made add to new batch of milk
