Oats porridge

onion 1 , spring onion 2 stems, 2 tomato, 1 carrot, 1/2 cup oats, 2-3 cups of water

onion, garlic, saute add 1/4 tsp chilly flakes or 2 green chillies spring onion, carrot, tomato, saute in oil add oats and saute add water  ad cook add salt
