chinese rice biryani

Chinese rice biryani is very delicious, and full of nutrients, no use of garam masala in this, the main ingredients are diffferent vegetable, chicken , eggs, vinegar, soya sauce, ginger, garlic green chilly paste.
simple and easy to make

basmati rice 3 cup
Cook basmati rice
 I used parboiled basmati , presoaked 3 cup basmati rice in pressure cooker with 2 tsp salt and water (1 cup rice with 2.3 cups of water) or water above rice will be first knuckle of 2nd finger, when start to boil, reduce flame and cover cook for 15 minutes, switch off the flame. After 30 minutes open the cooker and give a stir
1 carrot
1 potato
1 capsicum
1/2 cabbage
250 gm chicken
5 eggs
6 green chilly
5 garlic
1 inch ginger
3 tomato
1 onion or 2 spring onion
beans 10
chop beans
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar

marinate chicken pieces with 1tb vinegar, 1tb soya sauce, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder for 30 minutes
chop medium squares of carrot, potato
slice cabbage,
grind ginger garlic greenchilly
chop tomato, onion separately
in 2 tb oil stir fry eggs make soft not hard
pour 100 gm oil , add potato, carrot and saute for 2 minutes, add chicken and saute for 2 minutes add beans, onion , ginger garlic and saute for 2 minutes add tomatoes, vinegar, soya sauce, salt, 2 tsp, and cook chicken, add cabbage and stir, add eggs after 2 minutes, open cook after chicken is cooked, there can see alot of water coming from the veg. check salt and other tastes and add if necessary. pour all this to the top of the cooked rice and close the lid and cook the rice in low flame for 15 minutes. After that open and give a nice stir for mixing rice and veg properly. Garnish with spring onion greens or coriander leaves.
