best icecream

1 litre milk
5 tb corn flour mix with milk to paste
boil milk with sugar 250gm/ 1 cup or more  cook corn flour  stir continuosly,
 cool and put in fridge, chill fresh cream in fridge for overnight
In a small plate place icecubes and place cornmix pot and beat with beater for 5 minutes till smooth
 add 750 gm fresh cream and beat low to high for 5 minutes add vanila essence , 1/8 tsp salt, sugar powder as necessary beat again for 5 minutes. the batter will be fluffy like whip cream or till fluffy, grate 100 gm chocolate to this and mix well and freeze in medium bowls with lids
The ice cream is very creamy
before this I made this with 4 tb cornflour, when freezing it will be hard, but this with 5 tb cornflour works well and creamy not hard.
again I will try with 6 tb corn flour.
