Take 4 tb corn flour mix in little milk, Boil rest of the 1 litre milk with more sugar, add corn mix , and cook well, not burn at the bottom, stir continuousaly ,cool it and put in fridge or freezer for 30 minutes, till chill
Keep the 1litre fresh cream in fridge for 4 hours or keep in freezer for 30 minutes till chill well.
Take 1 tray of ice cubes remove it from tray and place in a wide plate, put another bowl for beating on it, whip cream in that bowl till double, for 7 minutes, do not more whip, it will turn butter,
add chilled corn mix and beat again, add 2 tsp vanilla and beat again. pour this in icecream boxes or plastic boxes and freeze and use as necessary
