Thoughts are the basics of life
some thoughts, we can't digest, it will make us sick mentally or physically.
So it is necessary to digest all kinds of thoughts
We know we get thoughts from our happiness or sadness, or hateful ness
Our mind is the manufacturer of thoughts
We need will power or mental health to digest all bad thoughts,
If we are not able to digest negative thoughts, it will administer our life, and spoil our life and ruin our life.
Digesting negative thoughts is the power of God. it is the gift of God, We pray daily to God,

O God , give me the power to digest all thoughts that is not acceptable to me.

So we are very powerful by the presence of God, We can digest all kinds of thoughts.We never afraid the thoughts of devil, because we ourselves is God, So  a God never afraid devils or the thoughts of devil

We say daily I am, but the I am in us is really God, the presence of God, the life in us, the wind/air/breathe in us

We are the part of the big I
God is the owner of  I
like the rays of sun, rays of light, rays of  I , rays of life falling on us from the big I, our creator, He is the light
when light comes darkness go away,
when we realize our abilities and powers, fears and problems go away

Because of the sins of Adam and us, we can't realize our powers and abilities of us, and the presence of God in us, if we realize it, but also we fall in meaningless thoughts of devil, because of the presence of sins in us, so devil will administer us.
So we have to pray daily , O God save me from the thoughts of problems, fears, negative thoughts, sins, hateful and desperate thoughts
When a candle we light before God/Jesus, pray like this,
 O God/Jesus/Holy spirit remove the darkness of my thoughts, mind, heart and brain
O God , Fill me with your love and light.
Fill me with the fruits of the Holy spirit
O Holy spirit fill me with heavenly love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance
