2 cup cut raw rice, 1cup wheat dalia, 1 cup moong dal, 1cup urad dal, 1 cup masoor dal, 1 cup harad dal, Mix and keep in a bottle,
Take 1 tea cup of this mix and cook in a pressure cooker with 5 cups of water , after 1st whistle slow the flame or off the flame for 15 minutes and again cook till 2 whistles add salt and water if necessary
add 1/4-1/2 cups of oats rolled and again cook
temper with 4 chopped garlic cloves curry leaves, 1/8 tsp chilly flakes
