special healthy kichdi

3/4 tea cup small cut raw rice, 1tb yellow moong dal, 1tb urad dal, 1 tb tur dal wash and cook with water in a pressure cooker, for 15 minutes after first whistle, add 1 tb oats to it and again boil it add salt,
temper with onion, garlic,jeera, chilly flakes 1/4 tsp, can add ghee and ginger, curry leaf
It is a good combination kichdi, I made it for my son after his gym
and really a tasty recipe approved by my son.

Otherwise my sons go for eggs 10  or more after gym
