Full cream milk 1 kg
fresh cream 3/4 or 1 kg chilled in fridge
cornflour 4 tb heaped
sugar 2 small bowls or as necessary
2 pinch salt
vanila essence 2tsp
ice cubes of 1 tray
To the cornflour add milk and make a paste
remaining milk boil in a steel pot, add sugar,salt to this, then add cornflour paste stir without making lumps cook till thick , not to burn at the bottom,cool it, and put in freezer for 15 minutes
take ice cubes in a small plate , place the pot of corn flour paste and beat it with electric beater till smooth, then add cream and beat well till doubling or fluffy, add vanila essence and beat, for 7-10 minutes and transfer to plastic containers and store in freezer, after freezing serve the icecream top it with thinly sliced favorite nuts, kismiss or fruits, or crushed sweet biscuits
