pesaha appam good friday kurukku

1 cup raw rice, 1/4 c urad  soak and grind add 1/4 cup coconut, 5 pearl onion, 1 garlic, 1/4 tsp jeera  and grind again add salt after 1 hour steam in a greased plate with 1/2 inch thick appam, place kuruthola cross in the appam and steam for 15-20 minutes


For pal

1/2 coconut make 1,2,3, milk and mix , remove 1/2 of the milk for good friday recipe and keep in fridge
roast 1/4 cup rice flour, take  1tsp flour remaining keep for good friday recipe in a bottle
1 tsp flour, roasted jeera powder 1/8 tsp, ginger powder 1/8 tsp, 2 crushed elaichi mix with coconut milk, stir and cook add jaggery syrup as necessary to taste. add kuruthola piece and cook

Mix coconut milk and the rice flour above add 1/4 tsp salt and cook with stirring
Use this kurukku with karela leaves
