how to make tasty momos and momos chutney

1 cup maida, 1/4 tsp salt, heat 1 cup water in microwave bowl for 30 seconds or heat hot
 to this add salt maida and mix well with fork, after sometime knead it , add some normal water to make it smooth dough cover it.
After the preparation of momos chutney and filling
knead the dough again and make small balls and roll like roti, cut rounds using a steel glass tip greased with oil, cut rounds use maida powder as necessary to make it non stick, keep the round roti in one place, make all of this dough to rounds,
each round again roll to make more thin, fill it with 1 tsp filling and stick the ends altogether

momos chutney
soak 1tsp chilly flakes in a small bowl of water, in another bowl place 4 small tomatoes, or 3 big tomatoes crush/cut it, one side, keep the two in a steamer or in a pot of water and cover and boil, sim for 5 minutes, switch off flame, after cooling remove skin of tomato
To this tomato and chilli flakes add 4 garlic, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp salt and grind without water
This is momos chutney
Filling
For this, chop 1 full cabbage in mini chopper machine or grate and chop.
4 stems of spring onion , also chop in chopper machine
2 big onion chop
to this add 1/4 tsp salt, mix well spring, cabbage , onion
after sometime /15 minutes ,water will oozing from this, squeeze and remove it. can use 2 tb of this to the maida dough
chop- 4 garlic, 4 green chilly, 1 piece ginger, nicely, add 1/4 tsp chilly powder, 1/4 tsp chaat masala, 1/4 tsp garam masala,1/4 tsp roasted jeera powder, 2tb oil , salt as necessary mix well with veg

Grease oil in momos steamer , and put momos and steam for 5-10 minutes, after cooling separate it,
serve with momos chutney.
