1 cup rice flour heat it in a pan till well dry.
heat 1 cup water in a stove or microwave till steam comes
To this water add 1tsp oil, 1 tsp salt and add this to the flour and mix well with fork or big teaspoon and cover it for 20 minutes, then knead it well.add little water if necessary to knead it properly, make small balls from it cover it
to make filling
grate 1 coconut add jaggery powder, pinch salt, roasted brown rice flour 3 tb, roasted jeera powder 1/4 tsp, 2 elaichi powder mix all well
take 3 tb brown rice and heat till brown then it will turn to another structure, pori shape, or it will double in shape, switch off and add little jeera, and 2 elaichi and grind well, add this to coconut jaggery mix , and mix well
Take each balls and roll it like roti, or make a basket in hand by pressing with other hand, fill coconut 2 tsp and cover the balls, grease some oil in steamer and steam it in steamer for 7 minutes. after 7 minutes, if it cooked, open the lid little so the steam will escape, otherwise it will fall on the balls, if water falls on it, by opening this way ,the water will escape through steam. after cooling serve kozhukatta
