Sweet matka lassi

1 litre full cream milk boil it add sugar little more than normal, cool it to hot
Add 250 gm of fresh cream to it and mix well (Adding cream to milk will sometimes curdle the boiling milk, because of the presence of sour in it)
Add 3 tsp of curd and mix well. pour to matka/earthen pots cover it with plastic wrapper again cover with another lid on top of it. keep it overnight . it will set in the morning. after setting keep it in fridge.
