ginger and pudina tea

chop 1/2 inch ginger, 6 pudina leaves crush or chop it add water 5 cups and boil. cover and switch off. ginger and leaves go down of the water after 15 minutes, pour in a glass and drink hot
avoid sugar , if necessary add misri or jaggery
