Christmas cake/plum cake

 1 cup maida or
1/2 cup maida
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup jaggery powder
1/4 cup sugar powder
1/4 tsp coffee powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1tsp baking powder
pinch salt
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
nuts 2tbsps
raisin 2tbsp
cherry/tuttifruitti 2 tbs
1tsp vanila essence
add 1tb flour to nuts and dry fruits and mix well so that it will not go to the bottom of the baking pan
I added sesame seeds 2 tb, melon seeds 2tb,

In a mixer jar add sugar and grind, then add coffee , cocoa, baking powder, jaggery powder and blend, add all flours and blend well.In a bowl add all powder mix,  add oil, milk and whisk well
pour to a bowl add nuts and raisin and other seeds mix well put a cake layer,/parchment paper in a bottom flat microwave bowl and pour the mixer to it . and microwave for 8-9 minutes, check with a knife in the centre, if sticky cook for 1 minute. Wait for 10 minute to cool. and carefully take out. remove the paper and cut. Put in fridge for 1 hour so it will set , and will not break when cutting.
But I like the hot cake and cut it.
The cake is very soft and tasty. It has a chocolate color
 You can bake this in convection also.
Yellow fruit cake

For to the above recipe
avoid coffee , cocoa
add only 1/2 tsp baking  powder instead of 1tsp
add 3 eggs instead of 1/2 cup milk
microwave for 9 minutes

or bake at 200 centigrade for 25 to 35 minutes
check with a knife, if comes out with a clean knife , then it is well cooked
I had microwaved it so don't know the baking time normally at 200 degree centigrade it will cook in 25 minutes.
