Melting chocolate cake/christmas cake/plum cake

1cup =1 tea cup
1cup maida
1cup atta
1 cup sugar (3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup jaggery powder /brown bura)
1 cup milk
1/2 cup til oil/any oil
2 tb cocoa powder
1/4 tsp coffee powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 pinch rocksalt/sendha namak/ table salt
1tsp kismiss, cherry, melon seed(karbooj) each
In a mixer jar measure 3/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup brown bura, 2tb cocoa powder, soda, baking powder, coffee powder, salt and grind to fine powder, to this add maida, atta and grind for proper mixing
In a bowl take milk, oil and mix well.
To this add all dry powders and mix with a whisk/laddle.
Add dry fruits and nuts to this and mix well

Pour to prepared cake tin  and level it,  Sprinkle 1 tsp til on top of the cake and bake
My bake and grill not worked properly means it has to repair
So I bake the batter in a microwave bowl with cover for 3minutes at 900W, I checked it with a knife, it is cooked, I turned the cake and again microwave for 30 seconds without lid.
After 5 minutes I turned the cake to a plate and cut.
The cake is very crunchy and tasty.
You can bake , microwave or even steam this cake or bake in a pressure cooker also
