Wash and Soak 1 cup boiled rice in water for 30 minutes
heat til oil/ghee 2tb,in a pressure cooker add jeera 1/4tsp, mustard1/4tsp, onion1, green chilly3, ginger saute add mint leaves of 2 stem, curry leaves of 2 stem, add crushed clove1 , elaichi 1, black pepper 4, 1/8 tsp tumeric, black salt 1/4 tsp, salt 1/4 tsp,1/8tsp chilli flakes and saute, add rice, water 2 1/4 cups,lemon juice 2tsp,pressure cook to 3 whistle, wait for 3 minutes then switch off flame. After 15 minutes open the cooker and serve.
This is a tasty and beautiful rice ,serve with achar/pickle, papad, curd, raita
If rice is very thick adjust water to 2 1/2 cup
