Apple fritters

Wash and cut 1/2 kg apple in round slices
make a batter of besan 250 gm with 2 teaspoon salt , 1 pinch baking soda and little water for making thick paste. Dip apple slices in this batter and deep fry. 
Apple fritters are very juicy and tasty than I expected.
My children has cold and cough, so I ommited making banana fritter and tried the apple fritter, and it has really great taste.
Onion fritters
To the rest of the batter after making  apple fritters, I added 1/8 t chilly powder and little salt and long sliced onions and seperated the onion layers and mixed well with the batter. and deep fried the onion layers seperately with hand in heated oil,
The onion fritters are also great than I expected. Because I never taste a sweety onion fritter, but the little sweet and chilly onion fritters are really great for our taste buds.
Potato fritters
For Potatto fritters, peel and slice potato in round shape and cook in microwave for 3-4 minutes/means half cooked and dip slices in besan batter (with salt and chilly powder, and little soda powder can add mango powder or garam masala if like) and deep fry potatoes 

Egg plant fritter
Do the same as in potato fritter in place of potato
Any fritters
 You can try any of the vegetables and fruits this way. like ghobi fritters and cabbage fritters 
If vegetable is hard, half cook it in microwave or in water or in steam
Banana fritters
For banana fritters do as in apple fritters instead of apple use banana
