Easy raw banana sambar

Banana (raw) sambar

For this cut 4 banana, 1onion, 3 garlic, 2 tomato
To this add water and 2 t sambar powder and boil it cover it till cook in slow flame, add salt
Temper this with mustard , methi, onion, garlic, curry leaf and added 2 t coriander powder and 1/2 t chilly powder  add little water for not burning masala , and added to sambar.
No need to add tamarind, It has a real great taste.
tamarind will increase cough and cold so I ommitted it for my childrens sake in this winter season.
My cooker has gone for repairing, so I have ommited tur dal in cooking. But this sambar powder has dal powders so the gravy is thick, but I found some masala is less, so I added coriander powder and little chilly powder in tempering and had got the great taste. My children is very happy with the dish.
