Saffron milk

KESARIA DUDH
(SAFFRON MILK)
This is a welcome drink of RAJASTHANI weddings in winters...if you are not serving it to the groom's side members(baraatis), then be ready to tolerate some annoyance from them !!!
Ingredients
Milk-1/2 ltr
Sugar as per taste
SAFFRON threads-15-16 soaked in one tbsp water
Chopped dry fruits -2 tbsp
Elaichi powder-1/2 tsp
RECIPE
Boil milk in a pan, add sugar and all other ingredients, let it simmer for five minutes and it's ready. Serve hot.
