Easy sambar powder

Sambar powder

coriander powder 4 tbsp roast
chilly p 3tb roast
Methi p 3tsp roast and grind
mustard p 2t roast and grind
asofoetida 1t
black pepper 1tb roast and grind
turmeric 1t
salt 1t
black salt 1 t
roast coriander, chilly  together

Mix all powders and grind nice will get uniform powder


Chana dal 4 tb
Tur dal 3 tb/50 gm
masoor dal 2tb
Moong yellow dal 2 tb
roast moong, masoor , urad, black pepper together
roast chana, tur together
roast coriander, chilly  together
Mix all dals together
when I measured dals and above masalas they are equal
400gm glass masala= 400gm glass dal powder
Mix dals and masalas and store
You get 1tb sambar powder and 1 tb dal powder in 2 tb measurement
You can make easy sambar with or without dal with this powder.
