Matar rice

Heat Til oil  for cold months or ghee for summer
take little black pepper, 2 clove, 1 cinnamon, 2 elaichi, 1/2 tsp jeera crush little add to  oil,
slice 1 onion, 5 green chilly , little ginger ,2 garlic add and saute till onion brown, add cashew 6 pieces, 6 raisins, curry leaf and saute add blanched matar/ pea 1-2 cup and cook covered add cooked rice and stir well
In a bowl make layers of matar rice and white rice 2- 3 times cover and microwave high for 4-5 minutes. serve with papad ,achar and onion raita
This way make carrot rice, gobi rice, beans rice, dhaniya leaves, palak or any leaves or any veg rice.
Cook rice with bay leaves also good
