Recipe:
Semolina/Suji- 1/2 katori
Malai/dahi- 1/2 cup se thoda kam
Pyaz-2 bareek cut kiya hua
Tamatar- 1 bareek chop kiya hua
Hari mirch-2 finely chopped
Dhaniya patta- bareek kata hua
Namak
Black pepper
Bread
Ek bowl may suji, malai, namak, kali mirch, hari mirch, pyaz tamatar aur dhaniya sab mix karke dus min chod de aur agar masala jyada dry lag raha ho toh thoda sa milk add kar de
Ab bread ek ek slice pe ek hi side ye masala lagaye aur jis side masala laga hai wahi side ko tave pe palte aur kam aanch par seke
Jab sik jaye tab palat kar dusra side bhi sek le
Cut kare aur tomato sauce ke sath serve kare  ruchi pole
