Ingredients used in dosa dosai
• water as needed 0.
• salt as needed 0.
• Fenugreek seeds 1 Tablespoons.
• channa dal 1/4 Cup.
• ural dal 1 Cup.
• Rice 2 Cup.
• Oil as needed 0.
How to make the recipe:
Take a bowl add rice,ural dal, channa dal,fenugreek seeds, wash and soak for 6 hrs.
After 6 hrs blend it into a fine paste and keep it for ferment over night.
next day add salt and mix.
Heat tava pour the batter and spread it applie oil remove once it is gloden brown colour.
Ingredients used in Garlic Pickle
• turmuric powder 1/4 Teaspoons.
• curry leaves 9 Numbers.
• ginger garlic paste 1 Tablespoons.
• Salt to taste as per taste 0.
• Jaggery powderr 1/4 Cup.
• Fenugreek seeds pinch Pinch.
• Hing (Asafoetida) pinch Pinch.
• oil 1 Cup.
• Corriander seeds 1 Teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoons.
• Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoons.
• Chilli powder 3/4 Cup.
• Lemon juice 10 Numbers.
• Garlic peeled 300 Grams.
How to make the recipe:
1. Take a pan and roast cumin seeds, coriander seeds and fenugreek seeds till golden brown without oil. 
2. Powder the roasted ingredients finely and keep aside.
3. Heat the pan and pour the oil. When the oil is hot add mustard seeds,cumin seeds and when it splutters add, turmuric,ginger garli paste,jaggery,mustard,coriander powder,methi powder,switch of the flame and add lemon juice,chilli powder mix well and keep it a side let it cool down.
4. Take a bowl add garlic, salt,lemon juicemix well and then add the tempering to it amd mix well.Keep this pickle in a jar for 3 days.

Directions:
  1. Heat a pan and add fenugreek leaves. Saute until it gets totally dry.
  2. Add urad dal, chana dal, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, tamarind, dry red chillies, garlic and sauté well.
  3. Transfer into a blender, add salt and blend to coarse powder.
  4. Cool and store in airtight container.

Ingredients used in USRI KARAM PODI
• Mustard oil 2 Teaspoons.
• Amla- Indian gooseberry 8-10 Numbers.
• Asafoetida 1 Pinch.
• Garlic 6-7 Numbers.
• Chana dal 1 Tablespoons.
• Dry red chillies 6-8 Numbers.
• Coriander seeds 1/2 Teaspoons.
• Fenugreek powder 1/4 Teaspoons.
• Salt 0 To Taste.
How to make the recipe:
1. Heat mustard 1tsp oil in a pan, add chopped amla and saute it until it is dry, transfer into a bowl. 2. Heat 1tsp mustard oil in same pan, add asafoetida, garlic, chana dal, dry red chillies, coriander seeds and saute it. 3. In a mixie jar add amla, roasted ingredients, fenugreek powder, salt and blend into coarse powder, transfer into a bowl. 4. Now usri karam podi is ready to serve.
