Chyavanprash

Amla 1 kg
black jaggery/panam chakara 1.5kg
ghee 100 gm
Til oil 200 gm
Honey 200 gm
Elaichi 1 teaspoon
clove 1 teaspoon
ajwain 1/4 t or 5 pinch
black pepper 3- 4 tsps
dry ginger 2 inch/1tsp
cinnamon  2 inch
Jeera 2 tb
Fennel 4 tb
saffron 2 pinch
black salt 1/4 tsp
grind all masalas to fine powder
cook amla in pressure cooker with 1/2 cup water, after 1 whistle cook in low flame for 15 minutes. After that cool and deseed amla and grind to fine paste.
heat ghee and oil and cook amla and its water till oil leaves well.
Make jaggery syrup with 500 gm water , pour this to amla and cook well add spice powder and switch off flame and mix well. cool well add honey and mix well and store
Good for cold, cough and immunity and health, Good for eyes, brain, body and overall health
