kaju makhana subji

KAJU MAKHANA KI SABJI
No onion no garlic fir bhi ekdum yummy
3/4 cup phool makhana and 10-12 kaju thode se ghee mai pink hone tak bhun kar ek taraf rakh dein. Bhawana Sharma.
Ab 2 med tamater), 1-2 hari mirch and 10-12 kaju( bhigoye hue) ko grind kar k paste lein. 
Ek pan mai oil lein jeera and hing daalein. Ab 1/2 tsp adrak ka paste daalein. 1/2 tsp kasuri methi daalein stir karein phir sabhi sukhe masale jaise haldi, lal mirch, dhaniya and salt daalein. Ab 1tbsp kasa hua mava ya 1 tbsp fresh malai daalein. Maine malai daali hai. Achchi tarah bhunein phir tamatar kaju ka paste daalein. Slow gas per oil chodne tak paka lein. jitni thick greavy aapko chahiye utna paani daalein. Ubal aane per roasted kaju aur makhana and 1/2 tsp sugar daal dein( taste k anusar quantity bada sakte hain). Garam masala pasand ho tau apne taste k anusar add karein. Gas sim per kar k 3-4 mins tak cover kar k cook karein. Paratha ya rice k sath serve kare Bhawana Sharma
Note: Aap makhana and kaju ko microwave mai full power per 4 mins tak thoda ghee daal kar roast kar sakti hain per her 1 minute k baad hilana hai nahi tau ek side se jal jayeinge. Maine microwave hi kiya hai aur chahein tau pan mai roast kar sakti hain .
