INGREDIENTS:-
Milk-2 kg (Amul gold will be good)
Kesar- A pinch.
Sugar-2 tb sp
Oranges (peeled)
Pomegranate (anar) dry fruits (for garnishing)

METHOD :-
First prepare rabri- for this take a pan boil milk till it turns thick. And jo malai upper aati hai vo side me pan par lagate jaye .Add kesar.when milk turned thick. off the gas n jo malai side me lagayi tho vo bhi mix kare. Jab thoda Luke warm ho then add sugar mix it properly (freeze it)
Oranges peel Kare n pieces kare
Take a bowl in which u have to serve .place some orange pieces n then add rabri garnish with pomegranate n dry fruits ...
