Recipe_ gajar ko dho ke chhin lijiye. ek kadhai me ghee daliye ab us me gajar ki chhin dal ke dhimi aanch pe hilaiye gajar ki chhin thodi naram hojaye tab ek dish me nikal dijiye. ab us kadhai me milk daliye or hilate rahe niche chipake nahi to dhyan rakhe lagatar hilane se milk ka pani thoda sukha jaye tab gajar ki chhin daliye. ab phir se lagatar hilaiye. ghee dikhai de tab tak hilaiye.ab us me ilaychi powder or dry fruits daliye ek dish me nikal ke serve kare.

(3) 1 cup garam kiya huva milk
(4) 2 cup garam kiya huva pani
(5) 1 cup sugar
(6) kaju, badam, charoli, ilaychi powder

Recipe_ ek kadhai me ghee daliye ab us me suji daliye. Or dhimi aanch pe hilate rahe. Dusari said me pani or milk ko mix karake garam hone rakhe. Suji ka colo Brown ho jaye tab garam kiya huva pani or milk daliye. or gol gol hilate rahe ab us me sugar add kare. Jab tak halwa me se ghee dikhai na de tab tak lagatar hilate rahe. jab ghee dikhai de. tab us me ilaychi powder or dry fruit dale. ab ek dish me nikal ke garama garam serve kare.
